At BackActive Chiropractic Clinics we offer a short free telephone appointment with one of our chiropractors, lasting approximately 10-15 minutes. Or you can book in and see us for a face-to-face chat. In this way the chiropractor can get an idea about your condition, whether it is back pain, headaches, a sport injury or other and whether chiropractic treatment is suitable for you or whether you need to see another health care professional. If your condition is more complex, we may ask for your consent to review any x-rays/MRI scans first.
If we believe we can help, we can book you in as a new patient straight away, which will give you access to a full thorough consultation and examination and report of findings. Your first full visit would either include treatment, or a referral out of the house for further investigations, eg x-rays, dependent on how complex your case is, or a referral to another health care professional. We maintain good working relationships with local GP’s, orthopaedic consultants and neurosurgeons.
But back to the free screen! Yes, it is FREE! And you do not have to book in after as a new patient, we simply want to give you the opportunity to talk with us and for us to figure out if we may be able to help you.
