Gareth is a world class chiropractor who has helped recover and improve my physical health over many years now and our sessions together have made a significant positive impact on my training during the Rio and Tokyo Olympic cycles. He always listens carefully to me when I try to explain the different aches, pains and functional movement issues I am experiencing that are affecting my training and/or daily life. He takes care in explaining the different solutions, exercises or chiropractor manipulation techniques we could follow, but the decision is always discussed together so I feel comfortable and happy with the plan. It is obvious Gareth has a vast knowledge base and is an expert in his field yet he always manages to explain things in an interesting or funny way that I can understand, which makes it much easier to discuss the choices together and helps build confidence in my progress. MASKS ARE GONE(23/2/2023)
We are very happy to say we are no longer requiring patients or staff to wear masks!
If you would rather use a mask then the practitioner will also wear one with you in the treatment room.
In Handsworth, the Dental patients are still required to wear a mask so we request that in communal areas you too wear a mask, but in the treatment room you no longer need to wear a mask.
